Roles and Responsibilities:Provide strategic direction as part of the Service Provider marketing function, with the aim of driving incremental growth for the business, through and with Service ProvidersThe strategic direction will be around the co-marketing motion enabling the Service Provider as a Channel Partner (SpaaCH) but may change as needs arise and expand (e.g. infrastructure Marketing, Service Provider a an Enterprise customer (SPaaE))Identify the global SPaaCH opportunities covering architectures, segments and regionsDefine areas of regional focusDrive incremental contra funding for strategic programs (outside of standard partner funding programs)Identify gaps in marketing funding, messaging, content, analytics and coverage and determine how to address themDetermine target partners outside of the Service Provider Field Marketing Manager model and work to develop a strategy to drive business growthStrategy will consider global and regional partner marketing focus, local coverage models and available funding programsWork with the Service Provider Field Marketing teams to ensure premier accounts are leveraging, where appropriate, the tools and resources available to them through the standard partner marketing programs (Marketing Velocity Central/Activate/Learning and Partner Communications)Evangelize the value of the SPaaCH route to market within the businessInfluence segments and Business Units for SPaaCH to ensure we capture mindshare on the SP opportunityNurture and manage relationships with regional stakeholders and influencersAct as regional expert by collecting regional data, sharing best practices, and identifying opportunities to streamline communications and processesLeverage the content that's readily available from the below organizations, and insert our SP-centric spin into the existing marketing programs, campaigns and collateral, making it relevant for our SPaaCH audienceDevelop content competency for strategic areas in SPaaCH (Examples include SMB, Remote workforce, Collaboration, Public Sector, etc)Work collaboratively with the other team leads

Criteria:Service Provider business and technical knowledge - understand SP industry and trends, business models and networking technologiesExecutive presence and experience in influencing customers and partnersUnderstanding of regional the business organizations and SPaaCH influencersExperience developing and executing successful account-based marketing strategies and plansAbility to synthesize information into simple yet memorable thought leadership piecesWriting capabilities for internal and external communicationsInsights and analytics skills to drive prioritized marketing actionsEntrepreneurship and creativity - demonstrate a can-do attitude and is open to learning from experiences
