Senior QA Test Engineer Remote / London to £65k

Senior QA Test Engineer / Tester (JavaScript Manual / Automation) *Remote / WfH*. Are you a technologist seeking a role where you can progress your career and see the impact of your work?

You could be joining a fast growing site for UK holiday rentals that has seen unprecedented success in the past eighteen months.

As a Senior QA Test Engineer you will help develop and improve the current testing methodologies and frameworks and help drive the adoption of more test automation. Working with cross functional Agile teams you'll write and execute test plans and implement automated test cases, collaborating closely with Product to understand and document user journeys and expected behaviour for test cases. You'll act as the SME for testing and help coach the development team on a test first approach.

There's a remote interview and onboarding process as well as the ability to work fulltime, permanently from home, with the caveat that you'll meet up with the team in London around once a month, following social distancing measures.

Requirements:

You have strong QA web testing experience including the testing of website across multiple browsers

You're able to code with JavaScript (or Python)

You have a good knowledge of test automation and CI/CD pipelines

You have a good understanding of TDD / BDD and other testing approaches

You're able to take ownership, provide guidance and advice on testing and test automation

You're collaborative and pragmatic with great communication skills
