The Masterdata Manager will be resposible for: Working with details, diversity, and complexity of master data content across finance and operationsBalancing requirements across multiple categories and big picture thinking within integrated operational models and systems and markets.Managing numerous stakeholders' operational needs and project workstreams in a dynamic environment.Resilience and assertiveness to maintain governance, adhere to agreed systems and processes.Learning new systems and architecture whilst developing tools to meet new needsUsing expertise to influence and provide problem solving support to the project team, internal data owners and external stakeholders (e.g. group partners and service suppliers)Project support to the Master Data workstream within Business Services teamProcess mapping analysis of master data governance across business categoriesAlignment and standardisation of maintenance procedures with detailed task design for change delivery according to agreed responsibilitiesSupport gap analysis, change management, and impact assessments, output planning and actioning.Analyse system solution change needs including governance controlsWorking on IT enablers and system solutions for workflows and system integrations.Enhancing and implementing dedicated governance, processes, and procedures by domainDeliver data management improvement opportunities and continuous improvement initiativesDocumenting and enhancing master data standards, policies, quality rules and data definitions and KPI's for domain streams.Required master data polices are understood and documented to ensure that master data standards and processes remain fit for purpose across business categories and functional domains.ProfileProven experience in business system process development, change management and delivery.Teamworking and project management skills, comfortable leading, facilitating, and organizing diverse stakeholders to achieve business resultsSelf-motivated, flexible, with the ability to deal with complexity and evolving processes.Autonomous but equally able to work and influence as part of a cross-functional teamCapable of moving quickly between big picture impacts and detailed, hands-on executionExcellent verbal and written communication skills.Experienced and proficient in the use of data management systems and Microsoft ExcelPreferable but not Essential:At least 5 years of comprehensive business experience, ideally involving Food & Beverage/Healthcare/FMCGProject management experience, managing teams and/or product portfolios.Experience of working with SAP technology platformsKnowledge and/or proven experience in Finance, Operations, Manufacturing, Data Management Systems, Controlling and master data best practice.Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Data or Computer Science, Business Administration, or other related field.
