Our Scottish based client is currently searching for a Senior Epitaxy Engineer (MOCVD)  to be responsible for all MOCVD processes within the fab. The role will involve process development, optimisation and sustaining programs. Transitioning new processes from R&D to production will be required as well as driving yield improvement programs.
