Graduate Technical Support Analyst London to £35k

Graduate Technical Support Analyst (Computer Science Windows Linux SQL). Are you a bright, ambitious technologist seeking role where you can establish your career, continually learning and quickly progressing?

You could be joining a global commodities trading firm.

As a Graduate Technical Support Analyst you will provide technical support and solutions to complex problems for traders operating both onsite and working from home. You'll learn about the trading business, monitoring systems and collaborating with traders to fully understand requirements and resolve issues. You'll analyse technical performance, security and resilience of in-house IT systems and help to develop, implement and document procedures.

This is a challenging role with lots of learning and self-development opportunities as well as excellent career progression.

There's a remote interview process and the option to work from home 2 days a week going forward.

Requirements:

You're degree educated, Computer Science or similar STEM discipline

You have a good understanding of Windows and Linux OS; networking concepts and troubleshooting; scripting (PowerShell, Python or bash); databases (SQL / MySQL)

You're bright, ambitious and have the aptitude and desire to learn and progress

You have excellent communication and collaboration skills; confident and pragmatic

Ideally you will have an interest finance / trading
