MS Dynamics NAV / 365 BC Senior Project Manager (m/f/x) - Hamburg (or remote) - 100.000EUR (englishspeaking) An international company with focus in development, manufacturing and sales of chemical and biological products is looking for an experienced MS Dynamics NAV/365BC Senior Project Manager (m/w/x) with international projectmanagement experiences. This role requires min. C1 English. German and Spanish would be a plus.Your responsibilities:Planning and leading the migration of our subsidiaries to NAV, establishing and implementing internal tools and best practicesExpert knowledge and understanding of Program/Project Management and Software Development approaches (gather requirements, design solutions, setup & configure, test & train, document and communicate, deploy & troubleshoot)Leading the data migration process, fulfilling agreed deadlinesPlanning and conducting trainings to the new usersCreating appropriate budgets, reports and presentations for customers and executive managementManaging internal client relationships and communicating witch C-level executives/sponsorsResolve issues and mitigate risks to avoid project blockers and escalationsNegotiate with subcontractors to implement NAV locallyYour Profile:Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experienceAt least six years of direct NAV experience and functional lead knowledge in one or more core functional modules of NAV/BC (Finance, Trade, Operations)At least five years of Project Management Oversight for implementationsExperience with Microsoft ProjectExperience in data migration and training deliveryAbility to travel 25% to 50% to client sitesProblem-solving orientedPublic speaking skillsEnglish language proficiency, Spanish would be a plusYour benefits:Sustainable growth: Be part of the most exciting growth phase of our company: We guarantee steep learning curves, varied and challenging projects with responsibility from day oneMore than a job: We want to build the best team in the world - that's one of the reasons why we thought about our organizational and corporate culture at an early stage.
