Director of IT Security Operations / SecOps and Director of Security Engineering (two opportunities)
A leading online organisation who are going through a period of significant expansion and change are looking to hire a Director of IT Security Operations and another as a Director of Security Engineering, key positions within an international division of an organisation who operate world-renowned software platforms at scale.
Leading a team of IT security managers / department heads, the IT Security Directors will provide guidance to leaders and stakeholders. The teams operate and cover vulnerability management controls, data loss prevention access governance controls, security operations centre/SOC, and Security Engineering.
A thought leader with a strong technical background, the successful candidate will ideally currently be leading managers/technical leads and be an established and well regarded individual, leading teams in a progressive enterprise environment within a fast paced, online, transactional platform environment such as e-commerce, fintech, investment banking, etc.
What we're looking for:
The IT Security Directors will have a technical background, have progressed through the ranks in to a senior leadership position, and be ready to take on a new challenge. Remote Working Opportunities / Benefits
The role is open in terms of the location of the successful candidate and you can be based anywhere in the UK or Ireland, the business work in a flexible way and encourage remote/hybrid working. Having said that, culture is very important and so the willingness to travel to an office (Leeds/London/Ireland) on occasion will be required (infrequent and expenses will be paid).
