Established over 35 years ago, this marketing leading company provides services into the commercial sector working with blue-chip household names. Due to continuous growth, they are looking for an additional Health and Safety Manager to lead the HSE of one of their divisions. In this role you will be home-based, covering sites across England, and you will be the safety specialist onsite. Your team will maintain the grounds maintenance, landscaping, and vegetation around their network, you will make sure they are safe whilst doing so. Your overall objective is to work with divisional directors and operational management, to establish, maintain and promote a positive, safe, healthy culture across the business. This role would be ideal for a health and safety specialist who has a passion or background in landscaping or grounds maintenance.

The Role:

* Health and Safety Manager

* Supporting Divisional Director and Operations Management with Strategic and Operational performances

* Establish, maintain, and promote a positive, safe, healthy culture across the business

* Advise on Health, Safety & Welfare matters direct to site by continuously engaging with field-based management and operatives

* £50'000 - £55'000 + Tesla, 10% Bonus, Training, Development, Progression and Excellent Benefits
