DevOps Engineer - London - c£80,000DevOps Engineer - London - c£80,000 My client, a is a dynamic, fast-paced and growing eCommerce business with a heavy focus on sustainability who is looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer to join their team. In this position, the successful applicant will be responsible for developing and maintaining tthe companies cloud infrastructure solutions to support the delivery of our customer-facing websites and back-office systems. Responsibilities & Duties:Develop and maintain cloud infrastructure.Develop and maintain IaC solution.Monitoring cloud and remediating any problems that might arise.Assisting with efforts to reduce costs across IT estate.Enjoy working from home while still be able to, sometimes, travel to the company's physical premises.Be able to take on-call work on rota. What are we looking for?ExperienceExperience in AWS cloud infrastructure is requiredExperience in Infrastructure as Code (Terraform)Experience in building CI/CD pipelinesExperience in Containers and Container Orchestration (Docker, ECS, Fargate, Kubernetes)Key SkillsCommercial knowledge of Linux, or Unix based systemsKnowledge in configuration management tools (Salt, Chef, Puppet)Ability to undertake Bash scriptingKnowledge of GitKnowledge of Agile / Scrum methodologiesQuickly learn and utilise new technologiesBe ambitious, and comfortable working in high-pressure environments We're looking for Engineers that aren't afraid to roll up their sleeves and get stuck-in.
