Excellent role on offer for an Estimator from a Residential background looking to join a highly prestigious house developer who are well known for their unique approach as well as looking after and supporting their staff.

Are you an Estimator from a residential background? Are you looking to join an expanding company who are well known to look after their staff?

This company are one of the most highly regarded house builders across the UK. They have a unique approach to their builds and are known for their high quality and aesthetically pleasing homes. They have continued to grow and thrive during the pandemic and have some exciting projects on their books. They are therefore looking for an Estimator to join their close knit team.

Reporting to the Commercial Director and Procurement Manager, you will be managing the procurement of all materials in the region. You will be conducting take offs and be tasked with raising detailed material order enquiries for tender and material purchases, ensuring that the best competitive rates are obtained, within budget and to time scale. Liaising with clients, you will develop and maintain effective supply sources and negotiate prices for all materials.

This role would therefore ideally suit an experienced Estimator from a residential construction background who has excellent negotiation and estimation skills and is able to work well within a close-knit team.
