Location: Stockholm The Marketing Cloud Developer is responsible for understanding business requirements and delivering high-quality technical solutions that empower the marketing teams to utilise the marketing cloud automation platform. This new position will support both development and campaign team with implementation, integration, email templates, amp script-based dynamic templates, automation jobs, and build out complex customer journeys. On a day to day basis, the role will involve: Configuration of multi-channel journeys (email and SMS) and set up of new automations Build and refinement of HTML content blocks and templates, complex additions to templates, including personalisation using AMPscript. Troubleshooting templates to ensure compatibility across email clients and devices Creation of segments using data extensions and SQL Testing of campaigns, including deploying test campaigns to seed list, reviewing tests and refining journeys Work with the Campaign Manager to monitor campaigns, review key metrics to identify areas for improvement. Set up of experiments to trial and optimise campaign changes Requirements: Salesforce Marketing Cloud Certifications: Email Specialist, Consultant and Developer.
