Data Product Owner - Outside IR35 - Contract (Rates Negotiable) Job DescriptionMy client is looking for someone with previous extensive experience as a product manager/Product Owner in a large Government organization and is able to demonstrate the value delivered through their products. Additionally the candidate will need a hands-on experience in managing all stages of the product life cycle and a technical background with knowledge of software development, data products and cloud technologies.

Role & ResponsibilitiesDefine the product vision, and road-map.Create, manage and prioritize the product feature backlog for development of the product.Provide backlog management, iteration planning, elaboration of the user stories and defining acceptance criteriaAssess value, develop cases, and prioritize stories, epics and themes to ensure work focuses on those with maximum value.

Skills & Qualifications4+ years of experience as product owner or similar role in product management, delivering data focused products/platforms.Hands-on experience managing all stages of the product life cycle.Hands-on experience managing a product backlog and writing user stories.Experience of working in an Agile environment and owning the associated ceremonies.
