D365 CE / CRM Support Consultant - London - £40kI am currently working with a leading medical foundation who are looking for a D365 CE Support Consultant to join their in-house team.You will work directly with the end users to gain an understanding of what is required from the system, and provide 1st and 2nd line support. You will customise and configure the system to ensure optimal functioning of D365 CE. For this role, you should have: Experience using Dynamics D365 CE and CRM, versions 2016 and D365 CE are desirable.Experience in providing 1st and 2nd line support on Dynamics 365 CE and CRM .Confident with customising and configuring Dynamics CRM.Excellent communication skills to gather requirements and train end users on the functionalities of the system.
