EUC SSCM Consultant / Architect

We are currently looking for a Windows 10 / SCCM Consultant to join a leading and innovative cloud team within a global, award winning consultancy. The SCCM SME role will focus upon low-level design, build, configuration, engineering and testing.

CORE RESPONSIBLITIES:

*EUC (end user computing) projects contribution: Participate in design and supervise build and move to run activities

*Service Design: High-level architecture design for core EUC solutions including Windows 10, and SCCM (System Centre Configuration Manager)

*Plan and prepare design review presentation with Architects and Service Managers to validate or decide on major architecture evolutions

*Service Transition: Supervise strategic partners and subcontractors to produce design, build and deploy new IT services (or service changes)

*Service Catalogue: Maintain service catalogue up-to-date for EUC services

*Develop road map for the organization - Short term and long term Plan

*Design and plan roll out of Evergreen and major upgrades for core EUC solutions (target configuration, deployment method, change process, deployment tools, etc.) including Windows 10 and Office 365 Pro Plus.

*Manage hardware roadmap with vendors to ensure smooth transitions: continuous supply chain globally, support of new models by standard OS images and application support for major business applications.

*Maintain a catalogue (and EOL management) of Windows 10 applications in EUC portfolio: License count, usage count and budget forecast

*Application store: Define and maintain application management process within the store (entrance, suppression, change, approval path)

KEY SKLLS (not all essential):

*Solid experience as an SCCM / Windows 10 Consultant

*Proven track record working with clients

*Architecture design for core EUC solutions including Windows 10, and SCCM.

*Configuration, deployment method, change process, deployment tools, etc.) including Windows 10 and Office 365 Pro Plus.

*Ability to converse with various stakeholders at different levels

*Have the mindset to challenge and discuss decision points

*Demonstration of a wide Infrastructure & Industry knowledge on various technical products

*Capable of delivering presentations to internal and external stakeholders

*Understanding of Project and Programme Governance

*Good working knowledge of processes and procedures (e.g. DELIVERY, ITIL)

*Understanding of commercial models and costing development
