£35,000 - £45,000 + car allowance and progression.

On offer, a career progressing opportunity to join an established NHBC residential developer who design and build high end new build properties across the Nottingham area. During an exciting time of growth the business now requires a sole Quantity Surveyor to join the business.

Are you a Quantity Surveyor looking to join a successful and reputable residential builder? Do you want to join a company at a rapid time of growth with clear career progression into senior management?

This family founded business have seen significant success with a successful portfolio and established reputation across the Nottingham region and surrounding areas. The organic growth of the business and being awarded more land sees the requirement for a Quantity Surveyor to join the company in a varied and progressive role involving site and office based work.

In this role you'll split your workload across site visits and office duties. You will report to the Central Manager working closely producing weekly reports, monthly forecasts and cost finding reports and presenting these in management meetings. You will handle procurement for future and existing projects, handle, appoint and manage subcontractors and materials and ensure all budgets are met. You will work as a vital part of the commercial team with opportunity to progress into a Commercial Manager position.
