Reporting Manager - £35k - £40k DOE

Security Clearance Requirement: SC Cleared or Willing to undergo clearance

We are currently assisting this prestigious IT organisation in the recruitment of a Reporting Manager to join the team in Inverness or Corsham and act as a primary contact for all management reporting activities. This will include scheduling and adhoc reports related to BAU processes, updating current productions or development projects.

Role overview:

You will be assisting in the operational delivery of the ITIL Reporting Management process, by contributing to the development, deployment and maintenance of ITIL aligned processes and documentation. This will be a client facing role, working alongside service delivery managers and team leaders reporting to the service level manager.

Key skills / Experience:

*Understand and interpret reporting requirements in the context of the available technical solutions

*Contribute towards the production of high-level and detailed design documents

*Provide L2 and L3 support for reporting solutions

*Good knowledge of Visual Basic and Excel

*Excellent documentation and report writing ability

*Excellent communication skills

*The ability to use initiative, whilst working on their own with minimum supervision

*Excellent influential and organizational skills

*Understanding of Service Management Framework

*ITIL v4 Foundation

You will be able to work from either the office in Inverness or Corsham, depending on what is closer to you. Some offices in the North West will also be available if required.
