Our team members enjoy a culture that promotes collaboration in a family-friendly working environment, as well as supporting personal autonomy, self-development, and a commitment to our shared goal of delivering market-leading IT services.About the role:As a Cloud Solution Architect, one of your roles will be to assist new and existing customers to design and deploy services and business solutions within our VMWare based private cloud or help to design and deliver some form of transformation or improvements, upgrades, etc. to customers on Public Cloud offerings such as Azure or AWS.Infrastructure SupportA key reason customers choose Ekco for private cloud services is that we offer high-performing and resilient infrastructure. This includes the latest servers, Pure Storage All, Flash Arrays, resilient Tier-1 transit providers, and so on. As a Cloud Solution Architect at Ekco, one of the primary responsibilities is to monitor and maintain our compute and storage infrastructure to the highest possible standard.Architecture and OrchestrationOur clients are looking for assistance navigating the vast array of services available (including DaaS, Networking, DR, Kubernetes, and Bespoke Managed Services), as well as expert setup and configuration in line with best-practice guidelines. We offer custom management, monitoring, and alerting for the team to support and improve for our customers.
