Backend Software Engineer UK Remote WFH to £90k

Backend Software Engineer / Developer (Java Kotlin AWS). Are you a technologist with a range of backend programming experience?

As a Backend Software Engineer you will build features across the ecosystem of products and services, both internal and client facing. You will work with other engineers to remove pain points, optimise workflows and enhance the intelligence and capabilities of the system with exposure to the full development lifecycle, seeing the impact of your work immediately.

You'll work with a variety of languages and technologies, with a focus on Java and Kotlin and will be able to impact choices, there's a lot of new Greenfield development projects as well as optimisation and scalability work.

Driven by technology this company can offer a remote interview / onboarding process and 100% remote working / work from home in the UK; or you can pop into the London fairly regularly or work there full-time depending on your preference.

Requirements:

You have the ability to write code in a high level programming language such as Java, Python or Ruby

You're keen to work with new and emerging technology such as Kotlin on AWS

You have a collaborative nature, keen to learn and share knowledge with others

You're degree educated, Computer Science, Mathematics (or similar numerate discipline)
