Job description:Putting time and effort into growing a network of stakeholder relationships to facilitate getting things done quickly and effectivelyBuilding, maintaining and strengthening mutually beneficial, sustainable relationships with internal and external stakeholdersEngaging stakeholders through effective communication, communicating complex and technical information in a meaningful and compelling wayLeveraging stakeholder relationships to ensure that synergies between people and groups are recognised and harnessedIndependently build and evaluate financial plans and forecasts in line with budgetary requirementsMake practical judgements and recommendations based on comprehensive analyses of financial dataEvaluate factors causing discrepancy between forecasts and work completion, and act to avoid overspendsUnderstand the risks that can create budget variance; and act proactively to minimise the impact on budgetsLead the planning of all aspects of transition to the end state, including desired future capabilities and ways of workingEngage and mobilise stakeholders, sponsors and team around a shared vision, creating enthusiastic change champions with a shared ambition to achieve the desired outcomesLead the transition of staff, customers and the organisation to the future state at scale and paceAssess and plan for change impacts and identify resistance to change, ensuring minimal disruption to business as usual, mitigating impacts and addressing challenges, to embed sustainable ways of working Essential experience required In order to be successful the candidate should have the following qualities, predominantly within the Banking sector:An understanding of the use of analytics / technologyAn understanding of transaction monitoring and the regulatory environmentAn ability to work within a matrix delivery environmentAn ability to describe complex issues of data, technology and analytics in a simple and coherent mannerAn ability to work with stakeholders across all 3 lines of business and all geographiesAn excellent use of MS Word, PowerPoint and ExcelAn ability to host and detail the outputs from working groups and governance meetingsAn ability to develop and maintain robust delivery plans using ClarityA good understanding of the 3 lines of defence risk management modelIf you are relevant or interested please don't delay, Apply for the role immediately
