Further to this, you will be entrusted with the day to day management and technical support for the Operations team. The ideal candidate will come from a small business or MSP and have experience in 3rd Line Support and I.T. management. Candidates must be able to commute to the site daily. The Role *Be the significant people manager in the Operations Team*Responsible for the day-to-day management and technical support for the Operations Team as well as the overall IT and system-related support for the business*Manage supplier relationships, with software houses and outsourced I.T. Business Partners The Person*At least 5 years working in an I.T.
