Scrum Master - Digital Experience c.£70k - £80k + bonus + good bens (Multiple positions available at various levels)

Multiple working location options - London, Bristol, Woking, Birmingham, Manchester

We are seeking a number of talented Scrum Master / Engagement Managers who have experience of operating within the Digital Experience space. Our client offers excellence in career growth, professional development and a coveted personalised benefits package.

We are looking for Scrum Master whose principal responsibility will be to lead the delivery of exciting digital opportunities. Within this unit, our client handle Agile, digital delivery with capabilities spanning Salesforce, Javascript frameworks, Pega, mobile development, Drupal, Sitecore, Adobe and Enterprise Cloud Services backed by Agile Delivery, Business Analysis, Platform Engineering and UX/UI practices to cover the end-to-end delivery of some of the most cutting edge and scalable projects delivering digital transformation.

Key skills / experience

*Ambition to exceed targets and expectations

*Work breakdown and project planning or scrum management experience

*Influencing and communications skills to build relationships within client organisations

*A proven track record of technology solution delivery management - which will have included software development, systems integration and API enablement. Direct experience of the application and exploitation of Agile and DevOps delivery processes and techniques. Direct experience of distributed delivery, ideally with India would be an added benefit - but not mandatory.

Key Responsibilities

*Deliver key digital assignments, typically valued from £0.75m - £1.5m

*Build and lead teams from across Capgemini UK (spanning Creative Services, Consulting, Development and Support) and global business to shape and secure significant new business.

*Support the leadership of delivery of the deals we secure, working with teams formed from across the Capgemini business and partners

*Represent Capgemini within our clients' organisations, building personal and corporate credibility and confidence
