My client requires an IT Manager to develop existing IT infrastructure and to ensure the

support function can adapt and evolve to the changing and growing needs of business at a strategic level.Client DetailsMy client is a growing Executive Search Consultancy based in central Bristol.DescriptionHardware and software support for local and remote users (Windows IT equipment and IoS mobiles) working with a managed support services providerCoordinate IT support, training, and orientation for new technology userTo be a 'Superuser' for all software systems who understands the business processes and how best to use the technology available to support other business functions. This includes monitoring and identifying training and development needs amongst all usersTo act as a Systems/Data Administrator for the main databaseEvaluate user needs and technology eco-system functionality, ensuring that the IT infrastructure meet these needsOrganise the purchase, maintenance and inventory/status of hardware and softwareOversee information security and maintains network and user security through hardware or software installation or through trainingEnsure the organisation works within GDPR and data protection guidelinesPlan, develop and implement the IT budget, working with Head of FinanceResearch and stay up-to-date regarding new IT equipment and solutionsContribute to organisational policy regarding quality standards and strategic planning.
