Lead .Net Developer London to £100k

Lead .Net Developer / Backend Software Engineer *Hybrid WfH*. Would you like to take a lead role, working on complex and challenging trading platforms with ultra low latency? You could be joining a global trading firm and earning significant bonuses.

As a Lead .Net Developer you will architect, design and develop new features and enhancements to the real-time trading platform as well as delivering improvements to the performance, latency and optimisation. You'll take a lead on architecture and design, working with an innovative and reactive team offering quick answers to technological challenges and business opportunities, both for external customers and internal projects. You'll be working on complex, multi-threaded, performance-critical, low-latency, high-throughput .Net applications.

You'll drive continuous improvement and best practice, lead code reviews and effectively communicate with various different areas of the business.

There's a remote interview and onboarding process as well as the ability to work from home three days a week with the other two based in modern open plan offices with amazing views of the City and a range of first class facilities and all the latest kit.

Requirements:

You have strong C# .Net design and development skills including multi-threading

You have a thorough understanding of Computer Science fundamentals such as data structures, algorithms, multi-threading, parallel computing

You have experience of developing low latency, scalable, high throughput systems

You have excellent communication skills; are pragmatic and approachable

You have a strong academic background, having achieved a minimum 2.1 in Computer Science or Mathematics, likely to have studied at MSc or PhD level
