2nd Line Support Engineer
Central London (Regents Parks nearest station)
£30,000 - £35,000 + Pension + Life Insurance + Profit Share Scheme + Training + Progression
Excellent opportunity for a 2nd Line Support Engineer to join a small but growing MSP offering a welcoming and friendly team dynamic, a share in the business (via a profit share scheme), and a fantastic training scheme to help you progress.
This company work with a number of SME's but are now starting to support much larger organisations. They're working these positions on a project basis at the moment but are now being considered as a more permanent support option.
In this role you will join a Service Desk of 5 others - a manager, a 1st Line Engineer, two other 2nd Line Engineers and a 3rd Line Engineer. This company are a Microsoft Partner so you'll predominantly work on support of their technology (365 mostly). You will support everything from printers to Servers, Password resets to large-scale OS rollouts.
The ideal candidate will be an experienced 2nd Line Support Engineer with strong communication skills. Candidates will ideally have experience within an MSP environment and be able to competently deal with multiple clients, often at the same time.
