Exciting role on offer for an Estimator to join a bespoke and luxurious offsite construction company who provide sustainable housing, eco-friendly spaces and have an innovative and creative approach to design.

This company are an off-site construction company who have established a great reputation and consistently create high quality builds, which has led to fast growth of the business. Due to this expansion, they are looking for an Estimator to join their team.

In this role you will be tasked with working on completion and submission of new project tenders. You will be responsible for taking off quantities working closely with the Project Quantity Surveyor. You will work on preparing the specification, proposals, and scope of works. You will have direct liaison with suppliers, clients and contractors and have the ability to work to tight deadlines.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience working as an Estimator in a construction environment. You will have knowledge of the whole estimating process and have an eye for detail.
