Are you a Compliance Officer looking to step up into a Co-Ordinators role with training and development? Do you wish to work as part of the operations department supporting training and compliance?

This company specialise in the design, manufacturing process and installation of road and highways products throughout the UK. They work hard to enable their staff to develop and grow within the business, which in turn contributes to their high quality service and ongoing success. You will be able to work in a hybrid position attending multiple offices across the network. The continuous growth of the business and being a government contractor sees the expansion of the operations department which now sees the need for a Compliance and Training Co-Ordinator.

In this role, you will be supporting the operations and SHEQ departments providing compliance support and training ensuring all documentation is completed on time for publication. You will produce RAMS reports for operations compliance, organise internal training courses and maintain training records. You will be using in house computer systems but will have knowledge of Microsoft programs. The ideal candidate will have experience in a compliance co ordination role with knowledge of health and safety.

+ Produce operational compliance RAMS.

The Person:

+ Compliance Officer with Co-Ordination experience.

+ Microsoft knowledge.

+Ability to work autonomously.

+Full UK driving license.
