We have an exciting opportunity for an IT Support Analyst to join our UK headquartered IT team in Bradford. The successful applicant will work within the Client Infrastructure services team providing technical support for all internal end user software, hardware and connectivity.

You will be expected to be a self-starter who will hit the ground running to enhance an already successful, highly functional team.

The IT Support Analyst will be supporting 2000+ End users so top communication skills will be vital as is a can-do attitude and the ability to diagnose issues, identify a fix and own the issue through to resolution.

The primary objective for the position is to deliver an excellent customer experience, whilst minimising downtime to our internal customer base.

About your skills:

+ Experience providing both hands on and remote support for desktops, laptops and other IT hardware including builds, installation, troubleshooting and configuration.
+ Knowledge of Windows operating systems and the Microsoft Office suite including Office 365.
+ Experience managing Windows 10 devices using SCCM
+ Understanding of networking technologies (LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, DHCP and DNS)
+ At least one year of Desktop Support experience in a large corporate environment.
+ Excellent problem-solving skills with a driven, proactive, can-do attitude.
+ Strong communication skills with the ability to discuss technical solutions using basic explanations.
+ Ability to work on your own initiative, address and resolve problems in a busy environment.
+ A passion for customer service with an active interest in IT
+ Knowledge of troubleshooting Windows devices
+ Knowledge of Mobile Device Management
+ Knowledge of SCCM
