My client are looking for an Infrastructure Engineer to join their expanding teamClient DetailsMy client are a leading provider of financial services across the world, actively looking to hire an Infrastructure Engineer to their growing team. DescriptionUndertake a variety of duties associated with the effective support of the ICT infrastructure including incident and problem management.May be required to visit other sites to for essential maintenanceProactively analyse current systems/services to determine scope for improvement.Plan and oversee the development of operating and administrative procedures for all systems.Ensure that installation and maintenance of IT infrastructure meets organisational policy with regard to security, back up, installation, configuration, systems administration and data protection.Monitor the performance of hardware, software and services with a view to identifying problems or issues and reporting them accordingly.Maintain and support all backup administration.Participate in project work. and suggest improvements where necessaryProfileProven experience in 2nd Line/ 3rd Line support Windows server experience required Networking technologies; TCPIP, DNS, DHCP, LANWAN, IPsec, VOIP, Firewalls, switches, routersResponsible for managing or leading infrastructure projectsBasic understanding of SQLExperience of load balancingclustering on virtual environments HYPER-VO365, AD, GPO, operation and troubleshooting experienceKnowledge of cloud based multi-channel communications platformsJob OfferSalary paying up to £35,000Dynamic working environment Work alongside like minded individuals Platform to grow career
