My client is rolling out the EV Charging Home Offer in 2021-2022 for b2c Electric Vehicle Charging at home in Germany.

As process analyst you will ensure on-time delivery of the operating model across bp and Aral pulse, enabling the delivery of bp's net zero strategy. By mapping end to end process designs and supporting to reflect business requirements into digital and process implementation activities you will facilitate alignment across the organisation through all business areas involved to enable the EV charging business operations. 

Initial scope of work involves working with our focus geographies UK and Germany, building foundations work for expansion into other markets in the future. Apart form UK other geographies are starting the business from a blank page and the work will involve supporting the local teams to define processes that do not exist yet.

You will be accountable to work across a cross functional set of workstreams within bp and 3rd parties composed of Customer Support, Logistics, Marketing, Legal, Finance, Electrification, IT&S, Procurement, etc to map end to end processes and translate them into technical requirements and workstream actions to enable the home ev charging business.

Key Responsibilities & Tasks

Responsible for End to End process mapping  for each of the home EV charging operations including customer account management, installation, logistics, customer support, chargepoint operations etc

Work closely with Product Managers, Product Owners and all Workstream subject matter experts  to develop and manage the processes needed for the plan

Work closely with Product Managers, Product Owners to support user story refinement for the digital platforms for Home customers, bringing the business needs and process end to end knowledge to enable fully functional digital features

Support Product Manager and Project Manager in all ceremonies (agile) and steering committee/governance, preparing content, articulating actions, owners, and delivery requirements for the project

Provide insights and business insights based on available data to support the Product Manager and delivery teams to make informed decisions to move the delivery forward balancing technical requirements versus implementation complexity

Identification of business and process changes required to deliver and implementation of appropriate change management to ensure anticipated benefits are realised

Experience in process mapping and or business analysis working in, cross-functional teams example across marketing, sales, operations, digital products and technology (required)

Experience within EV Charging and eMobility (preferable)

Experience working within Agile environment (preferable)

Self-starter, pro-active and eager to learn and implement at fast paced deliver

Good communication skills to meet and build relationships quickly across teams and people with multiple backgrounds

Ability to provide structured and logical approach to complex problems, with excellent core problem solving ability

Positive personality, with energetic style and strong resilience

Comfortable working with limited information and changing requirements of new business development environment where trends and markets are forming

A good balance of structured/holistic thinking with fast moving and pragmatic approach to ensure quick delivery

Education, Qualifications & Certifications

Degree or Masters (required), ideally in engineering, business or similar field

3 years business analysis or end to end process analysis experience (required)

Agile and/or Waterfall Project Management qualification (preferred)

Location: resource preferably in Germany or UK, would be working in a combination of virtual and from office subject to COVID updates - virtual/office balance is flexible.
