Senior Quality Engineer / Quality Manager (Heavy Engineering)£37,500 - £47,500 + Career Progression + Technical Quality Systems Management + Private HealthcareOffice and factory based, commutable from Stourbridge, Dudley Smethwick and surrounding areas Are you a Senior Quality Engineer or Quality Manager looking to run a specialist manufacturing team where you will oversee two engineers and manage the quality processes and systems from cradle to grave, where you will manage, implement and improve them through various systems with the scope to further your career? This is a fantastic opportunity to take control of the quality systems and put your own stamp in the role, where you will be invested in and given the autonomy to manage the team and quality department. This company, established for close to 40 years are looking to expand by 25% to deal with the increase in orders and have growth plans in place to further your career. This role will suit a Senior Quality Engineer or Quality Manager with experience managing PPAPs and working closely with customers and suppliers. The Role:*Office and Factory based Monday to Friday 7AM - 4.30PM*Managing a team of two quality Engineers alongside quality processes.*Scope to further and develop your career The Person:*Experience dealing with either PPAP or working with 8D.*Quality Engineering experience*Looking for a long term career opportunity.
