Company client is currently recruiting for Quality Assurance Manager to join one of their clients based in Tipton.

Ideal candidate:

Must be fully conversant with ISO9001, preferably ISO17020:2012

Fully conversant with current health and safety legislation

Ideally Degree/Chartered Engineer (Mechanical / Production Engineering discipline)

5-10 years of QHSSE related experience

Responsibilities:

Monitor and advise on all QHSE matters, issues and concerns to ensure Company compliance with statutory requirements, Company and contractual requirements and good industry practice.

Liaise with Customers and Supply Chain, regarding QHSE matters, ensuring their expectations are met.

Required:

Excellent leadership & interpersonal skills

Excellent teamwork and communication (verbal & written) skills

Good organizational and time management skills

The ability to effectively assess personnel and formulate career progression - succession planning
