Energy and Sustainability Specialist

Remote Working

£30,000 - £45,000 + Remote Working + Flexible Hours + Healthcare

Fantastic opportunity for an Energy and Sustainability Specialist to join forces with a very exciting and vastly growing sustainability and building regulations company, that will constantly provide you with exciting and varied opportunities and projects.

This company specialise in helping architects, builders and construction companies to create buildings that meet sustainability standards and building regulations. Working on interesting and relevant projects, they are looking for an Energy and Sustainability Specialist to join them.

In this role you will carry out SAP assessments using NHER/FSAP while completing energy and sustainability statements/strategies. You will undertake code and BREEAM AP for sustainable homes assessments as you work on cost effective project solutions. Measuring architectural plans using CAD software and dealing solely with clients will also play its part.

The ideal candidate will have great client collaboration and communication skills. You will be experienced with CAD Software and understand BREEAM and code software. You will be a strong planner and highly organised. Preferably you will understand and be able to use IES modelling.

The role:

*Carry out SAP assessments

*Liaising with clients and producing reports to confirm details for projects

*Using a CRM system to monitor workflow and generating reports

*Measuring architectural plans using CAD software

*Undertaking BREEAM AP assessments & Code for Sustainable Homes Assessments.

The Person

*Experience with SAP assessments

*Experience with CAD Software

*Strong client liaison skills
