£35,000 per annum
A well established property development business, my client has their own investment portfolio and a number of significant residential and commercial developments in Manchester and the North West.
Reporting into the Group Finance Manager, you will have day to day responsibility for the accounting of specific areas of the investment and development portfolio, this will include;
* Account preparation for the investment portfolio, including maintenance of key balance sheet reconciliations;
* Service charge forecasting and accounting;
* Tenancy schedule preparation and control;
* Ensuring the proper maintenance of the CRM system in relation to the Investment portfolio;
* Assisting in preparation of bank reporting requirements;
* Assisting in the preparation of the quarterly billing cycle; and
* Dealing with audit and funder queries for this area of the business
Skills:
* Prior experience of preparing management accounts;
* Good Microsoft Office skills, particularly excel;
* Self-starter and ability to work under own initiative;
* Training for a relevant accountancy qualification;
* Willingness to operate in a dynamic environment;
* Strong communicator
* Xero and Property related experience preferential
