On behalf of our client, we are currently recruiting for a Digital Marketing Intern (Italian Market) to join their Europe division on an internship basis. This is an exciting opportunity for a graduate who is looking to gain valuable experience in the digital marketing field.

Responsibilities:
Support the Italian market on consumer facing marketing activities. Social Media:
Community moderation and engagement, following guidelines provided by Manager
Creation and curation of content and suggest ideas for new engaging content
Schedule content for Facebook and Instagram using Later and FB content creator Content:
Proof read translated content coming from other members of the team or freelancers
Localise copy for digital channels and campaigns when needed
Edit and write well-crafted web copy to agreed online style guidelines provided by the Manager Website:
Edit and optimise webpages of their Italian consumer website
Report bugs and issues with the user experience to the Digital Product team using the service desk on the Intranet Reporting:
Creating regular reports on monthly and ad hoc basis on agreed KPIs for digital channels Business Support:
Assist the Digital Marketing Manager - Italy with ad hoc Business to Consumer (B2C) activities, as required Insights Sharing :
Contribute to the Insights Hub, a portal on the intranet for internal staff around the world to share qualitative insights.
Source and upload articles and communicate highlights across the organisation.
Support the team in delivering regular insights sharing sessions. Person Requirements
Education/Qualifications:
Open to graduates
Open to Digital Marketing or related degree disciplines Characteristics:
Fluent in Italian - Speaking, listening and writing
Interest in working in the travel/tourism sector
Good knowledge of the Italian cultures and destination marketing
Possess engaging "conversational" writing skills with an excellent eye for detail
Proofreading and editing skills and ability to create, produce and edit written materials
Good knowledge of social media channels, especially Facebook and Instagram
Strong analytical skills, including the ability to interpret numerical data and identify trends
Organised with good time management skills
Good knowledge of Excel Desirable:
Experience with CMS tools (Drupal or similar)
Experience with HTML code
Experience with content SEO
Experience with eCRM tools
Experience writing content for an organisation or blog (online or offline)
Experience creating content on social media channels for an organisation
Knowledge of social media management tools
Good knowledge of Google Analytics and other analytics tools
Good knowledge of Britain as a tourism destination Interested in applying?
