An exciting opportunity has arisen within the Society's Data & Insight team for an individual who can champion Data Governance with business areas to maintain and continuously improve our enterprise data assets, ensuring we understand how we use our data, in a safe and compliant manner. About You
We are looking for you to possess an extensive proven track record in Data Governance practices with a solid understanding of embedding Data Governance frameworks including data cataloguing, data ownership & stewardship, data quality management and data analysis. Requirements Analysis & Prioritisation of workloads Data Analysis Advanced Microsoft Office suite Experience in Data catalogues/metadata management solutions (e.g. Collibra) Awareness of using BI Tools (Cognos, PowerBI) VBA preferred not essential Stakeholder engagement, management and liaison (including both business and project) Familiarity with the software development lifecycle including both waterfall and agile delivery methodologies  (e.g. iterative prototyping, Kanban, Scrum) Training and support of MI & Data Analysts If you have the necessary experience, a drive to succeed and want be part of an organisation that our employees are proud to work for, then please do not delay in making an application.
