Plant Manager (Gases)£40,000 - £55,000 D.O.E + Bonus + Training + Progression + Days Based + Excellent Benefits Commutable from, Birmingham, Sutton Coldfield, Tamworth, Coleshill, Coventry, Solihull, Leamington Spa, Are you a Plant Manager who has worked in a chemical environment, looking for a Senior Level role within an internationally recognised company, who will reward you and continually invest in your personal development?On offer is the chance to take responsibility for a major facility, where you will manage the site on an operational level. This is a key role for the business and they are looking for someone with specialist knowledge of natural or relevant gases and chemicals in order to ensure peak efficiency across the site. This is a Senior Level role for the company where you will report to the Managing Director.The company are market leaders within their sector and operate on globally. This role will be based at their state of the art facility and you will play a key role in driving forward the improvement for their operations. The company offer continuous training and an excellent remuneration package.This role would suit a Plant Manager, looking to join a leading global company, who can help you to develop and progress your career.The Role: Experience in Plant Management or Operations.Background in chemicals or natural gases.Understanding of relevant health and safety procedures.Excellent remuneration package. The Person:Proven experience in managing a team.Degree in Chemical Engineering would be advantageous.Monday - Friday, days based.
