Do you have experience in Offshore HSSE and electrical engineering?

Are you looking for a role with an open-minded, dynamic and internationally-expanding company in the offshore wind energy industry who offer a great working environment, exciting national and international projects, and the opportunity to help shape the company's operations in Germany?

This company is a specialist in the development and operation of wind farms, and they are looking for a motivated and skilled individual to fulfil the role of HSSE Manager and occasionally Deputy Site Manager for their new offshore project in Germany.

In this position you will be responsible for managing HSSE matters for the project, including: monitoring compliance, implementing improvements, overseeing risk assessments, managing contractors, auditing and reporting.

The ideal candidate will be an Offshore HSSE Manager with at least 5 years' experience in electrical engineering, who is fluent in German and English.

Your Tasks

*Coordinate all HSSE activities : e.g risk assessments, improvements, contractors, auditing

*Monitor and review HSSE compliance, including with marine regulations

*Serve as Lead Authorised Person (vEFK) for the project:

- responsible for switching, electrical safety and communication with contractors

- take an active role in managing electrical switching work

- Ensure safety measures in compliance with statutory law

Your Profile

* Minimum 5 years' experience as electrically authorised person for high voltage systems switching

* Extensive experience as a HSSE representative

* Experienced in offshore environment

* Fluent in English and German
