Aerosol End of Line Operator - Holmes Chapel Aerosol End of Line Operator - Holmes Chapel The work location is in Holmes Chapel The contract is until 1st October 2021 (to start ASAP) The pay on offer is £15.28/h PAYE The role is working for a leading pharmaceutical contract development and manufacturing organisation. Please be aware this is a shift-based role:Week 1: Sun-Thu : 10pm - 6amWeek 2: Mon-Fri : 6am - 2pmWeek 3: Mon-Fri : 2pm - 10pm Job PurposeTo ensure all activities associated with the End of Line filling process are completed in an accurate and timely manner to meet local customer service requirements whilst observing cGMP and HSE requirementsTo provide production support to the Aerosols Process and Shift teams as required Key Duties & ResponsibilitiesTo perform Aerosols filling End of Line can collation, reconciliation, packaging and labelling activitiesTo undertake materials movement activities of filled intermediate and production materials between the Warehouse staging and Aerosols processing areasTo undertake materials preparation and delivery activities within general Pharmaceutical and controlled Pharmaceutical areasTo provide support for general production activities within the Aerosols facility Filling support activitiesOperate automatic End of Line product collation equipmentsPreparation of packaging materials (erecting and cleaning of correx trays)Performance of 'In-Process' checks to ensure product qualityTake analytical samplesCreation of product labels, product reconciliation and document completion to cGMP standardsMaintenance of area cleanliness, housekeeping and organisation Ancillary activities Perform ancillary activities associated with the Aerosols processMovement of stock between Warehouse and Aerosols facilityMaterials preparation and replenishmentPerformance of area and manual equipment cleaning within controlled Pharmaceutical area QualificationsMinimum of 2 GCSE's in English and Maths and/or meet the required standard in the company selected aptitude tests.Works with high level of numerical and written accuracyWorks well within a team structure and has the ability to adapt to and deal with change.Handles pressure and stress constructivelyHits targets consistently, action orientated and customer focussedPrepared to admit mistakes and faults and seek support and guidance ExperienceExperience of working in controlled areas desirableExperience of high-speed repetitive operations desirable
