Service Desk Analyst London to £40k (pro rata)
Service Desk Analyst (Windows Active Directory DMS iManage DNS VMware). Hugely successful high profile law firm is seeking a Service Desk Analyst to join their team for a 3 month contract. You'll be working alongside a friendly, relaxed and supportive team within a company that has been voted as one of the ‘Top 100 Best Companies to work for'.
As a Service Desk Analyst you'll work as part of the Infrastructure Team providing technical support as well as working closely with the 3rd Line team to provide resolutions to technical issues reported to the Service Desk. A number of your responsibilities will also include; troubleshooting all technology issues escalated by the 1st Line team, answering overflow phone calls, logging tickets and responding to mailbox tickets and escalating incidents to the Technical Escalations Analysts.
Based in London, you'll be joining a friendly and professional team.
Requirements:
Previous experience within a Service Desk Analyst role
Good knowledge of Windows 7 & 10 environments
Understanding of Active Directory, DHCP, DNS and VMware
Knowledge of Document Management Systems (DMS) such as iManage
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Desirable: Powershell
