You will be helping to create solutions that enable my client's customers to improve the overall efficiency and effectiveness of their businesses. Role & ResponsibilitiesEnd-to-end management of the Inbound Sales Lead processData managementProviding regular reporting to the BusinessLiaising with the Digital Marketing teamProcessing all sales enquiries through SalesforceTriggering escalation processesEnsuring the optimum quality of information on the Salesforce platform
