This successful business have seen a growing client base since their establishment over multiple sectors and are projected to double in size and triple their profits within 5 years. They are renowned for their speciality in the fit out and refurbishment sector. This company have a technically varied workload including industrial, commercial, office and hospitality projects in their pipeline and due to the growth within the business, now require a construction project manager to join their business.

In this role, you will manage up to 3 projects across multiple sectors both site and office based on budgets up to £1,000,000. You will be the key communicator on your projects for the client and the business and able to confidently deliver projects on time, in budget to the highest company standards. You will handle contracts, materials and ensure programs are run to spec and on time. The ideal candidate will have a degree/qualification in the construction sector with experience in a relevant sector with a full UK driving license.
