As IT Manager you will play a key role in the company's IT leadership team managing relationships with the key external partners to ensure the success of the team in delivering a high-quality digital services across IT Infrastructure and Networking to all stakeholders.
Client DetailsMichael Page are delighted to be partner with a national healthcare company to support them with the recruitment of an IT Manager to support across IT Infrastructure & Networking.DescriptionWhat you'll be doing:As IT Manager you will play a key role in the company's IT leadership team managing relationships with the key internal/external partners to promote and ensure the success of the team in delivering a high-quality digital services to all stakeholders across IT Infrastructure and Networking.Responsibilities:Support all areas of the Company as required using the technical knowledge of the key systems and platforms.Continually develop knowledge in new and emerging technologies as required by the Company.Manage the relationship with key external partners engaged in delivering and supporting the digital service. These partners include;IT Service Provider responsible for IT support
Manage WiFi network provider delivering WiFi across state portfolio
Organisations responsible for delivering key business systems to the CompanyAct as the key contact for all relevant external partners.Attend the monthly service review meetings, raising issues and monitoring contract performance through an agreed KPI and SLA structure.Act as a point of escalation for IT issues raised by staff or the Internal IT Coordinator.ProfileKey Skills & Experience:A strong level of technical knowledge in key relevant IT and Digital areas. Areas currently relevant are:Microsoft 365

WiFi Networking
Apple iOSExperience of working with Microsoft 365 platforms and apps.Experience of playing a key role on projects and programmes.Confident in managing internal and external relationships.Line management experienceExperience of delivering a WiFi solution.Experience of digitally enabled estateExperience of delivering projects and programmes.Strong communication skills - both verbal and written.Ability to relay technical information to non-technical people.Ability to work independently and part of a team.Confidence to deal with senior individuals and challenge where required.Job OfferSalary:£45,000 - £47,000 per annumBenefits:Group Personal Pension Plan - 10% pension contribution from employer28 days holidayGroup Life AssuranceGroup Income Protection
