Product Designer London to £80k

Product Designer (UI/UX UCD Figma Web Mobile) *Remote / WfH*. Would you like to make an impact and quickly progress your career?

You could be joining a high growth, scale-up FinTech.

As a Product Designer will support project teams to create user-centered designs for the core platform with an emphasis on data visualisations, dashboards and workflow. You'll take ownership and work to improve the usability, usefulness and desirability of complex digital applications in collaboration with internal teams and external clients. Working end-to-end from original concept through to commercially viable product you'll be responsible for customer / market research information architecture, interaction design, rapid prototyping and validation using a data driven approach.

The company is able to offer a remote interview and onboarding process as well as the ability to work fulltime from anywhere in the UK with the caveat that following social distancing measures you'll join the team once a quarter in the London office for a meet-up.

Requirements:

You have end-to-end Product Design experience

You have experience using modern design and research tools such as: Figma, Mural, Slack, Dovetail, Zeroheight and MindNode

You're a skilled communicator with experience of leading Design Sprints and Design Workshops

You have a good knowledge of Responsive Design for mobile apps (iOS and Android)

You have a good knowledge of graphic design, visual communications, web design and design strategy

You're a data driven decision maker with experience across a range of research and evaluation techniques and current user centred design research, theories and methodologies

You're degree educated
