Program Coordinator Junior - Career & Role Development, People Development vacancy for a globally operating Zurich based company in the financial sector.

Your experience/skills:2+ years of experience as a Program Coordinator within Career Development / People Development, preferably, in the financial industrySound knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, especially PowerPoint and Excel, as well as of virtual training tools such as Zoom, MS Team and SkypeWork experience with participant handling, Training Programs / Event management as well as with the implementation of Virtual Trainings and EventsCapability of working in a structured, forward-looking and reliable manner across teams with both internal and external contactsAbility to maintain overview even in hectic phases and perform moderation activitiesLanguages: English and German fluent in written and spoken, French, Italian or Spanish is a plus

Your tasks:Supporting key account manager, team lead and senior program managers in training initiatives for the international wealth management division, focusing on internal talents and other target groupsPlanning, setting up and implementing training initiatives including classroom trainings as well as digital learning tools such as Degreed, Saba and Zoom while potentially taking over program management tasksOrganising and adjusting training events in close collaboration with other program managers, key account managers, team lead and the learning administration teamRecording relevant data and information in the learning management systemCoordinating activities with participants, learning administration team representatives, people development key account managers, and training coordinators from various frontline unitsOptimising process flows, electronic and virtual tools used including Zoom, Webex, MS Team and Saba VC in order to keep up to date, simplify and improve processesStart: 09/2021
