Are you a Design Manager, from an Electronics background, looking for a senior management position with a market leading company where you will have the chance to implement your own processes and shape your team?

This is an excellent opportunity to take full responsibility for a specialist design department, whilst overseeing the whole technical process. You will be recognised as the go to manager and have scope to take the product range in new directions.

On offer is a varied role where you will be directly managing and growing the design department, whilst overseeing the development of new products and processes.

This role would suit an experienced Design Manager with electronics experience looking to join an expanding manufacturer where you can put your own mark on the business.

*Responsible for all Design projects / new processes

*Reporting directly to the Directors

*Hands on management and shaping your own team
