This well-established company specialise in all types of roofing and cladding for the commercial and industrial sectors. Working as both the main contractor or subcontractor across projects they cover slating, tiles, single ply, liquid, pitched and flat roofing solutions for new builds and refurbishments. They take on a variety of projects and never fail to provide a first class service to their clients who include Wicks and Travis Perkins. Now, due to increasing workload this company are looking to bring in a Contracts Manager to join the team. In this role you will be predominantly site based across the UK and will be responsible for managing multiple projects simultaneously. You will work closely with the Estimators from pre-construction through to physical completion. Responsibilities include site coordination from labour to materials ensuring the site runs to budget and within margins. Alongside this you will be working with the client and any third parties to ensure all project contracts are negotiated and correct. This role will include national travel to sites with a head office in Bradford. As the projects can be quite complex the role requires someone who is highly organised, flexible and openminded.
