The successful candidate will design and shape the future workforce for the firms clients, taking a data and evidence led approach.Client DetailsTop ranked Management Consultancy DescriptionKey responsibilities will include: Help the firms clients navigate complex workforce transformation programmes through identification and adoption of workforce strategy, skills, workforce mix, employee experience, location, change management and more.Work closely with FTSE 100 clients across a broad range of industries including Energy, Telecoms, Retail, Life Sciences and Aerospace & Defence.Shape projects, or workstreams within in a larger programme, to improve the way clients deliver Workforce TransformationBuild and manage relationships with clients on a daily basis ProfileTo be considered for this role you will need to be able to demonstrate: Proven experience in helping clients to shape and deliver Workforce Transformation solutions including: Designing workforce transformation programmes to roll out data-driven workforce strategies that maximize the capabilities to match future ambitions Operational Workforce Planning: developing solutions to challenges faced by our clients in resource management, capacity planning and short term workforce planning.Workforce Analytics: utilising data analytics to drive insight on people and organisation from organisational dataWorkforce Optimisation: ensuring that the workforce is optimised to move quickly between products, services, tools and geographies to meet client needsProficient in some of the workforce management and analytics tools such as Microsoft WPA, Kronos, Retain, PowerBI, Tableau, Qlickview, Splunk.Possess knowledge and experience in the workforce analytics modules of key human capital systems such as Workday, Oracle, SNOW.Prior consulting experience OR highly relevant industry experience within Workforce PlanningJob Offer£55,000 - £60,000 + bonus & benefitsWork with high profile FTSE 100 clients in the UKFast and clear career progressionFlexible & home working available
