Good communication, an ability to understand the needs of our clients and a flexible approach to solving problems is key.Key Responsibilities:Carry out pre-con, including compiling of design technical sub-missions and working drawing mark-ups. Issuing of RFIs where required.Compiling of document schedules including, design release, technical submissions.Sole management of projects and may require the management of a large project and one smaller project.Carry out full running of the project, attending weekly meetings, workshops etc.Complete control and management of the procurement of the project and takeoffsManagement of the workforce throughout the project, from birth to handover.Management of the H&S for the project.Sole management of projects and may require the management of a large projects and one smaller project.The Candidate:Fully Qualified ElectricianSSSTS or SMSTSGOLD Card Approved ElectricianAbility to carry out tasks without close supervisionGood verbal communication skillsGood organisational and planning skillsAbility to identify, prioritise and deal with issuesAble to issue weekly progress reportsAble to work with the commercial manager to compile and build variations to the contractPlease click the APPLY button to send your CV and Cover Letter for this role.Candidates with the relevant experience or job titles of; Electrician, Project Coordinator, Project Manager, Project Lead, Lead Project Manager, Project Director, Multi-Skilled Electrical Technician, Maintenance Electrician, Industrial Electrician, Commercial Electrician may also be considered for this role.
