The difference you'll make

As the role holder, you will need to identify opportunities to use data and analytics to improve Riverside's business performance, and work with business SMEs to drive this. You will be responsible for agreeing the prioritisation of these opportunities with the relevant business areas and then provide the data and analysis required to deliver them. 

So, who are you?

We're looking for someone with experience of using data and analytics to identify and solve business problems and drive improved business performance, as well as experience of creating compelling business cases.

You should be able to demonstrate a range of analytics techniques and have experience of presenting complex analysis to a non-technical audience. You will need experience of building strong stakeholder relationships and working as part of an agile squad.

Although not essential, strong Excel skills and experience of using visualisation tools (particularly Tableau) would be an advantage.
