At Riverside, we understand the power of data and how we can use it to deliver great customer experiences and transform people's lives. We've made great strides in this space already, investing in some leading-edge tech in recent years. But we want to continue to raise the bar, delivering a fantastic data asset and the capabilities to use that data innovatively to deliver great insights and analytics. We operate smart working here at Riverside which focuses on outcome rather than location, so we're flexible on where our colleagues are based. So if you're passionate about data, you could make a difference, wherever you're based.

The difference you'll make

As the role holder, you will lead the Data Analysis team in the identification and delivery of value-driving data use cases utilising advanced analytics. Part of the role also involves acting as a trusted analytics partner for senior stakeholders, providing thought leadership, influencing them to use data and analytics in delivering their goals and ensuring their requirements are part of the BI&I delivery plan.

So, who are you?

We're looking for someone with experience of leading a team of technical data analysis specialists, who is also able to demonstrate clear evidence of delivering value through data and analysis.

You will need experience across a wide range of analytics techniques including machine learning and AI methodologies, as well as strong knowledge of data warehouse design principles. Experience of building strong stakeholder relationships and leading an agile squad is paramount.

Although not essential, a degree or equivalent in data analysis or data science would be an advantage.

Enjoy the rewards

This is a job that offers true satisfaction with the chance to help those who can't afford a house of their own.

You'll find Riverside to be an organisation that is focused on being an employer of choice where people thrive and your voice is truly heard. Working with us, you'll enjoy competitive pay, a wide range of benefits, flexible working, employee offers, and the chance to learn valuable new skills. We empower our people to do great work by investing in learning, personal development and technology.

If you're the kind of person that wants to do a really great job and make a difference to our customers, we think you'll love it here. Sound like a challenge you'd like to take on? Then get in touch and let's talk about how you can help us transform lives and revitalise neighbourhoods.

We encourage applicants from all sections of the community so that we can truly reflect the neighbourhoods in which we work.

Please Note: Riverside are putting in measures to protect candidates and our colleagues from Covid-19. Whilst we are still continuing to recruit for this position and other roles in the organisation we will be implementing virtual interviews.
